(INDIANAPOLIS) - Marion County prosecutor Carl Brizzi announced Wednesday that no charges will be filed against 64-year-old Robert McNally in the death of David Meyers.
Police say Meyers was naked, wearing only a mask and latex gloves, when he broke into the McNally home with the intention of sexually assaulting McNally's 17-year-old daughter.
McNally confronted Meyers and got him in a choke hold. The prosecutor determined that McNally was acting in defense of a third person, his daughter, when Meyers was killed.
