(MUNCIE)- A Ball State University student is in police custody as investigators continue to look for the gunman in an off-campus shooting that injured two other students and a third young man.
23-year-old Izes Cross of Muncie was arrested Monday and faces several preliminary charges, including conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
Muncie Police Department Captain Mark Vollmar says witnesses identified cross through a photo lineup. He says the person who fired the shots remains at large.
The victims told investigators that Cross and the gunman came into the house Friday night -- and the gunman told everyone to hand over their wallets.
All three victims were treated and released from area hospitals. Cross is being held without bond at the Delaware County Jail.
