(CLARKSVILLE) - Two southern Indiana men face murder charges after officers found a dead man in a car that rolled into the Ohio River.
Police identified the suspects as 18-year-old Roman Sandoval-Romero and 26-year-old Juan Sandoval-Romero, both of Charlestown.
The body of 36-year-old Jose Fernandez was found Tuesday.
Police say the two men confronted Fernandez outside his home, where they stabbed him and then drove him to a boat ramp.
