(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Planned Parenthood Federation Of Americas central region conference was held in Indianapolis this weekend.
Well know names in politics and reproductive health were in town to discuss how the new administration may impact women and family health.
Women for Obama chairwoman Betsy Myers says the group is excited about Barack Obama's administration and pointed to his promise of a partnership with the American people.
Myers says Obama is committed to working directly with groups like planned parenthood.
Planned parenthood action fund president Cecile Richards also spoke at the conference.
Richards focused on the organizations campaign to provide medically accurate education for all young people in America.
Planned parenthood of Indiana also looks forward to continuing a good working relationship with Governor Mitch Daniels.
