(UNDATED) - After spending a tour in Afghanistan, Army Lieutenant Jeremy Jones is finding life back in Indiana a little bit of an adjustment.
Jones has been back in Indiana for about 2 weeks and says he's had to make some adjustments since coming back state side. Jones says he misses the friends he made over seas and says it's kind of weird to not have to get up so early, carry an assault rifle to the bathroom every morning, or look around and see everyone in uniform.
Jones attended Covenant Christian High School and graduated from Taylor University in 2005, then enlisted in the military in 2006.
Jones has no regrets about enlisting saying it was a way to serve his country, it'll look good on a resume in the future, and was a way to be involved in something bigger than himself.
