(UNDATED) - More than 35 Indiana communities will share nearly $3.7 million dollars in grants from the federal emergency management agency as part of its emergency food and shelter program.
The funds will support social service agencies to help feed and shelter the hungry and homeless.
The awards were based on criteria involving current population, unemployment and poverty levels.
