(SHERMAN OAKS, CALIFORNIA) - A famous jazz trumpeter from Indianapolis has died.
Freddie Hubbard -- who represented the next step in modern trumpet playing after Dizzy Gillespie and Miles Davis -- died from complications of a heart attack Monday in Sherman Oaks, California.
Hubbard was 70.
