(LAKE STATION) - Police say a pair of jackknifed semis caused serious traffic problems on the Borman Expressway for nearly eight hours Tuesday, spilling fuel and cargo onto the freeway.
Eastbound and westbound lanes were shut down along a seven-mile stretch.
