(LAFAYETTE) - An Indiana state trooper was injured, along with another woman, after the trooper lost control of her squad car on an icy highway.
Trooper Ann Hamilton was driving northbound on Interstate 65 Saturday when she hit an icy patch. Hamilton's patrol car spun out into the median and into the southbound lanes, where it struck an oncoming vehicle driven by 19-year-old Tiffany Garner.
Hampton was treated and released. Garner's condition had not been released
