(TERRE HAUTE) - A Terre Haute city councilman is facing a felony charge of impersonating an officer.
During a traffic incident on December 18th, the 73-year-old Ramon Roman is accused of showing someone a badge and demanding to see another person's drivers license.
Roman denies impersonating an officer, saying he displayed his city council badge.
A special judge will be appointed to hear the case.
