Woman Struck, Killed By Police Cruiser

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Beech Grove woman was struck and killed by an Indianapolis Metro Police cruiser late Wednesday night.

Authorities say the officer was on-duty and responding to a possible home invasion when he struck the 20-year-old woman crossing the road.

Both victim and the officer in question have not yet been identified.
