(CENTERVILLE) - A judge has thrown out murder charges against a 25-year-old Cambridge City man after the Wayne County prosecutor said pathologists could not say for certain how the victim died.
James McFarland was on trial, charged with strangling to death his 19-year-old girlfriend, Erin Stanley, in her parents' Centerville home in 2007.
Stanley's 18-year-old sister, Kelly, was found dead in the home days later, but an autopsy determined she died of a seizure.
