(UNDATED) - The Indiana Department of Homeland Security is asking Hoosiers to report damage from last week’s winter storm.
Residents can report damage online by filling out a detailed questionnaire at in.gov/dhs until February 17th.
IDHS Spokeswoman Rachel Meyer says Hoosiers will be asked for their names, addresses, phone numbers and descriptions of any structural damage to businesses and homes or loss of personal property.
The Indiana Department of Homeland Security will use the information to help determine if federal assistance should be requested.
