(PLYMOUTH) - FEMA is sending a $200,000 grant to Plymouth Indiana after flooding devastated properties along the yellow river.
U.S. rep Joe Donnelly announced Friday that the federal dollars would likely be used to buy three homes surrounded by ice-crusted water.
Donnelly said that if the homes are gotten out of harms way now, it could save money in the future.
The grant won't be released until the homes are appraised.
