(LEBANON) - A senior at Lebanon High School who sued for the right to wear a tuxedo to the prom will get what she wants.
Lebanon community school corporation superintendent Dr. Robert Taylor, said Friday, gender-based dress requirements for prom-goers have been dropped.
According to the complaint filed Tuesday by the ACLU, the girl is a lesbian and didn't want to wear a dress because dresses, "express a sexual identity she has rejected."
