Three Men Charged With Murder In Newton County

(KENTLAND) - Three Newton County men have been charged in the death of a woman who was found buried on an abandoned farm.

Newton county prosecutor Ed Barce filed felony charges against Aaron Flynn, and Chris and Matthew Henderson.

He says Flynn hit 54-year-old Sylvia Ricchio in the neck with a shovel.

The Henderson's - who are cousins - accused of helping to hide the body.

All three pleaded not guilty Friday.

Ricchio had been missing since march 9. Her body was found last Sunday.

Investigators began looking for her on march 11 after her home was found in disarray.
