(BARGERSVILLE) - Crews battled a fire at a Johnson County mulch company Tuesday night.
The Bargersville Fire Department responded to Rubber Mulch Products. Crews were concerned about runoff from the fire, since the water from their hoses mixed with the petroleum-based rubber mulch.
Emergency management officials are being consulted about any environmental issues. The fire was under control shortly before 9:00pm, but the building was destroyed.
There were no injuries reported.
