(MARION) - Another large-scale job fair for the growing number of unemployed Hoosiers is in the works.
Several Indiana elected officials are working together to recruit businesses to participate in the Help Indiana Regain Employment Job Fair, including 5th District Representative Dan Burton.
He says they hope to have up to 120 businesses participate at the event in Marion to help combat the state's double-digit unemployment rate. Burton says other job fairs will also be held further south later this year.
The H.I.R.E job fair is scheduled for Monday, June 29th, at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
