(TERRE HUATE) - Indiana State University has been selected to host the 2010 National Intercollegiate Flying Association competition.
The event pits collegiate aviation teams from across the country and is expected to bring nearly 100 aircraft to Vigo County.
ISU Aviation Department Chair Harry Minnear tells Inside Indiana Business organizers expect between 600 and 800 people to stay in Terre Haute during the week-long competition.
ISU's aviation department is also hosting the 2011 University Aviation Association fall conference in Indianapolis.
