(INDIANAPOLIS) - A 15-year-old boy is accused of sexually assaulting a 93-year-old woman.
Indianapolis Metro Police arrested the juvenile suspect Wednesday after interviewing him about the alleged crime.
He is being charged with criminal deviate conduct for allegedly threatening to break the victim's neck during the sexual assault.
The teen also faces burglary and theft charges.
The case is being presented to the juvenile prosecutor to determine if he will be waived to adult court.
