(UNDATED) - There was one new case of the H1N1 flu virus reported on Thursday, that now brings the total number of cases in the state to 71.
The latest case was found in Porter County, which is the fourth case confirmed in that county.
The other counties that have confirmed cases are, Elkhart, Hamilton, Hendricks, Lake, Madison, Marion, Putnam, St. Joseph and Tippecanoe counties.
So far the majority of the cases in Indiana have been in people ages 5 -24 and so far no one over the age of 65 has gotten the flu virus.
There are currently no reported hospitalizations or deaths associated with the H1N1 virus in Indiana.
