(UNDATED) - Some advice for telemarketing companies; don’t call Indiana residents that are on the no-call list, especially the attorney general.
Because that is exactly what one company did.
Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says he received two telemarketing calls trying to sell him an extended car warranty.
Zoeller says that his office has filed a lawsuit against three out-of-state telemarketing companies that have violated the state's do-not call list.
The attorney general says Mike Moneymaker and Svm of California and fortress secured also used an automated dialer, which also violates state law.
