(TERRE HAUTE) - The Indiana Supreme Court has handed down a unanimous decision, affirming Duke Bennett as the elected mayor of Terre Haute.
There was a legal challenge to the 2007 mayor's race, in which Bennett was elected by 110 votes over incumbent mayor Kevin Burke.
Burke challenged the result, claiming Bennett had been ineligible to run for mayor.
