(INDIANAPOLIS) - A federal jury has returned guilty verdicts on conspiracy and drug charges against two former Indianapolis Police narcotics detectives accused of stealing drugs and money.
But the jury also acquitted the men of firearms possession charges that would have lengthened their sentences.
35-year-old Robert Long and 38-year-old Jason Edwards will face sentencing by U.S. district court judge Larry McKinney later this summer, but no date has been set.
Both face up to 20 years in prison.
