(NEW YORK) - A decision is due today on Indiana’s appeal to the supreme court over the approved sale of Chrysler to Italian automaker Fiat.
The sale will go through this afternoon unless the Supreme Court decides to hear objections by Indiana.
The state maintains the deal treats Chrysler's secured debt holders unfairly.
Indiana stands to lose millions of dollars in three state funds that invested in Chrysler.
