(INDIANAPOLIS) - An independent investigation finds fault with the school bus driver who dropped off a 10-year-old at an Indianapolis elementary school, seconds before he was hit and killed by a second bus in February.
Washington Township schools superintendent James Mervilde says the futures of both drivers may be determined soon, now that Phenix Investigations has presented its findings.
Both have been on suspension since the accident, but their contracts expired at the end of the school year.
