(PLYMOUTH, MI.) - a Michigan-based company with two plants in northeast Indiana has sold several facilities.
Metaldyne has announced it sold some of its powertrain and operating assets, but it is not disclosing which plants are involved.
Metaldyne has facilities in Bluffton and Fremont, Indiana.
About a hundred people still work at the Fremont plant.
67 were laid off there earlier this summer.
The metaldyne shop in Bluffton has 187 workers.
