Three Men Arrested For Sexual Activity In Park

(KOKOMO) - Three men have been arrested following numerous citizen complaints about illegal sexual activity at the Kokomo Reservoir Park.

40-year-old Anselmo Soto, 57-year-old Robert Gillespie and 70-year-old Robert Howard face charges of public indecency.
