(FORT WAYNE) - Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry has expressed his frustration with the legislature’s decision to extend assistance to Indianapolis’ Capital Improvement Board, but not other cities.
Henry had sought a bill to allow a voter referendum to gauge citizen support for casino gambling in the city.
He notes the proposal would not have cost the state anything.
