(UNDATED) - Indiana and Kentucky are forming a BI-State authority to work together on transportation issues, including the 4-billion dollar Ohio River bridges project.
Governor Mitch Daniels will attend two events today as his Kentucky counterpart Steve Beshear signs a bill to establish the authority.
Leaders in several southern Indiana communities believe the bridges project is vital to future economic development.
