(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis got less than it wanted from the legislature to bail out the board which oversees its downtown stadiums.
But it's gotten all that it's going to get.
Governor Daniels and Mayor Greg Ballard began the legislature's special session united behind a plan calling for the capital improvement board to find another 13-million dollars in efficiencies.
Ballard broke with the governor and declared there wasn't much more to cut.
Daniels says there's no reason those savings can't be found, and grimly declares he doesn't want to see another request for help as long as he's governor.
