(SOUTH BEND) - A lawsuit has been filed by a man who was tasered by South Bend police.
29-year-old Tavares Browning alleges at least eight officers came to his home in 2007 to arrest him on a warrant for unpaid child support.
It resulted in a standoff in which the officers ultimately fired multiple tasers through an open window at browning.
Browning claims he was unarmed and not resisting arrest.
