(SHELBYVILLE) - The Indiana Gaming Commission has fined Indiana Live Casino 124-thousand dollars for five violations, including a 40-thousand dollar penalty tied to the no-show of Justin Timberlake at the grand opening of the new casino in March.
Indiana Gaming Commission executive director Ernie Yelton says two staff members knew that the pop star would not be attending, but failed to say anything to other casino officials.
