(INDIANAPOLIS) - The state has ordered an IBM-led Consortium to fix problems with the way it determines eligibility for welfare by October, or lose the contract.

Spokesman Marcus Barlow says an IBM review team found 400 problems to be addressed, and made 200 recommendations.
