(UNDATED) - The Federal Trade Commission gets a thumbs up from the Indiana Attorney General after announcing a ban on “robo-calls” from telemarketers.
Indiana already prohibits the calls generated at random by computer dialing software, but attorney general Greg Zoeller says the FTC's action could provide an important tool for prosecution.
