(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The 2009 Indiana State Fair starts today, but this year you won’t see hot air balloons in the air opening morning.
State fair spokesman Andy Klotz says the giant hot air balloon race has been moved to Saturday, August 15, with the traditional night glow on the evening of August 14.
To view the actual race, spectators should arrive at the state fairgrounds August 15 no later than 6:30AM.
