(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Some state legislators aren’t giving up on attempts to reopen the Marion County Children’s Guardian Home.
Four legislators, both democrats and republicans, joined forces for a town meeting to discuss ways to reopen the guardian home.
But only one of them stayed there as a child.
The number of children staying in the 120-year-old home had dwindled as low as three at a time before it closed two months ago due to a lack of funds.
