(NEW CASTLE, IN) - A New Castle man and his dog have advanced to the next round of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”
Tony Hoard and his disc-catching dog "Rockin' Rory" will compete in the show's semifinals.
Judges Sharon Osbourne and David Hasselhoff voted Wednesday night to advance the Hoosier team; however, judge Piers Morgan voted against them.
Hoard and Rory beat piano-playing singer Charles DeWayne from California.
Hoard and Rory are among five finalists on the show.
The grand prize is one million dollars.
