(EVANSVILLE, IN) - University of Southern Indiana trustees have approved a new 85 million dollar budget that includes a 5% tuition hike, no employee pay raises and a hiring freeze.
Revenue from the tuition hike will cover the higher costs of utilities and employee health insurance, along with USI financial aid programs.
