Chicago Teen Waived To Adult On Murder Charges

(CROWN POINT, IN) - A Chicago teen has been waived to adult court on murder charges in last year’s shooting of a 15-year-old Hammond boy.

15-year-old Prevaun McDaniel was charged Tuesday in connection with the death of 15-year-old John Shoulders.

16-year-old Martin Villalon Jr. Of Crown Point will also be tried as an adult for the shooting after being waived to adult court in April.
