(GARY, IN) - The former owner of a Gary Funeral home where several bodies and remains were discovered has been charged with theft and failing to properly dispose of human remains in a timely manner.
Police filed the charges against 43-year-old Darryl Cammack, who owned serenity Gardens Funeral Home.
Four bodies were found in the former Funeral Home in May after a tax sale.
