Golfers In Fort Wayne For USGA Women's Championship

(FORT WAYNE, IN) - Some of the country’s most talented amateur golfers are in Fort Wayne this week for the USGA Women’s State Team Championship.

The tournament is being held this week at the Sycamore Hills Golf Club.

Golfers are competing in teams of three, representing each of the 50 states.

The USGA picked the course based on the levels of challenge it presented for competitors. Beauty and community support were also factors.
