(GOSHEN, IN) - Hundreds of people attended a hearing in Goshen Tuesday night as the city council voted on a proposed amendment to the city’s human rights ordinance.
The council voted against changing the ordinance to add protection for sexual orientation and gender identity.
The final vote was 4-3.
