(EVANSVILLE, IN) - A Chandler, Indiana man now faces formal charges in Vanderburgh Circuit Court for causing a fatal accident while fleeing Evansville Police.
Authorities say 18-year-old Samuel Manley was charged Wednesday with reckless homicide, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated resulting in death and resisting law enforcement.
29-year-old Kyle Parker of Evansville was killed September 15th after Manley ran a stop sign and broadsided his vehicle.
Authorities claim Manley was smoking marijuana prior to the crash.
