(UNDATED) - It’s the 20th and final year Richard Propes is riding across Indiana in a wheelchair.
His tenderness tour raises awareness and money for the Indiana coalition against domestic violence and other charities.
He began the tour last week in Terre Haute and stopped in Noblesville on Monday.
Propes is a domestic violence survivor, has Spina Bifida and is a double below-the-knee amputee.
Loretta Moore with prevail, a Hamilton County victim awareness and support program, hosted his stop at the courthouse square.
She says Propes decided to make this is his last tour because he's becoming physically unable to wheel himself across the state.
For 20 years, he has traveled more than 3,000 miles and raised over $300,000 for domestic violence organizations.
Propes final stop is at Earth House in Indianapolis on October 18th.
