(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration is fining two Indiana companies for safety violations.
Steel dynamics in Jeffersonville must pay $240,000 and address a number of safety program shortcomings after a worker was killed at the facility in August.
Fines leveled against king systems in Noblesville do not involve any fatalities, but the careless use of Methylene Chloride.
The business was fined $191,000 for the repeated violations.
