(SHELBYVILLE, IN) - Shelbyville Police are investigating the death of a 19-month-old child.
The mother is identified as 20-year-old Ashley Fleener.
Police say they were advised that the child, who had been shaken, was in critical condition at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Erin Badgley died Thursday.
Police have named Fleener's boyfriend, 22-year-old Timothy Reedy as a "person of interest'.
