(UNDATED) - State School Superintendent Tony Bennett has sketched his most detailed vision of how he intends to boost Indiana’s test scores.
Bennett's vision calls for more latitude to hire teachers without formal education training, bonus pay for the best teachers, and potentially pink slips for those who under-perform.
