(NEW CASTLE, IN) - A Henry County Judge will soon hear from three defendants accused of stealing donuts from a New Castle bakery.
Joshua Maloyed, Shannon Mullins and Brad Reno, all 20 years old, are scheduled to enter guilty pleas over the next couple weeks.
The trio was arrested for the pastry thefts after the store's owner hid outside and allegedly caught them red-handed.
They were caught by police after the owner called 9-1-1.
Mullins and Maloyed will be sentenced Monday, they're expected to plead guilty.
Reno, who's also expected to plead guilty, will be sentenced December 7th.
They face suspended prison sentences, community service and restitution.
