13th Annual Homeless Persons Memorial Service Held In Indy

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - For the homeless, death can be cold and lonely.

But in Indianapolis, they will not be forgotten.

The city's 13th Annual Homeless Persons' Memorial Service was held Monday at Christ Church Cathedral on Monument Circle.

50 homeless people died on the streets of Indianapolis in 2009.

That's the biggest number in those 13 years, up from 37 last year.
